in september he started at 457 patrons, did his whiny begging fest and peaked at 478, but then dropped down to 439 at the beginning of october.

as of this moment (nov. 6), he's at 427 paid members.. so, where do you think he'll be on december 2nd?

Is there any way he could reform to the the point that people might take him seriously again

It’s too late. As recently as a couple weeks ago he was threatening people with criminal punishment and huge monetary penalties. I’m interested in finding out what amount he is seeking as he mentioned he wasn’t making that amount public. Generally when threat letters go ignored the penalty sought is increased. Since he sought €8000, expect to find his proposed amount to be in the tens of thousands.

I know and he knows that €15K for example would push many if not all of his targets into default and bankruptcy.

All his critics want is for him to quit treating this community as a private slush fund. He wants more. He wants hard working people to be financially destroyed.

It’s impossible to about face and say he’s sorry primarily because the apology would also have to be directed towards the people he is suing.

Jabba the Hutt will never forgive them and it’s a safe bet to believe him when he says he’s “in this for the long haul”. He’s already thrown a lot of his own money into this and will go even deeper once this case is thrown out. He strongly feels that these people stole his living from him and will pull them down with him if he can.

He’s in this for the long haul but so are many others. He needs to ask himself this poignant question:

What’s more likely to happen? 1) Winning his lawsuit or 2) His daughters finding out all about him because this is still news 5 years from now because he keeps stirring it up.

The answer to that ought to give him pause but it won’t.

Lloyd has tripled down on the clownery

Indeed he has. He has a habit of repeating things verbatim over and over again when he's really set on something. I've heard the "I'm in this for the long haul" and "what they started, I intend to finish" lines quite a few times.

Almost like he feels the need to constantly remind people that he's coming for them. Which would be fine if this were a slam dunk case of defamation and Lloyd had not only the disposable income but the will to spend tens of thousands to the hundreds of thousands on international lawsuits.

Which is what this will cost if he ventures outside the Croatian legal system. I doubt he has that kind of money and if he did, he'd be a fool to part with it on such legal quackery.

Lloyd constantly lobbing threats by means of Croatian lawsuits has the same effect as one of the characters on The Dukes of Hazzard threatening a foreigner with a lawsuit in the Hazzard County Court.

End of year and the Christmas spending season could mean that more drop. Inflation, rise in the cost of living and the global economic crisis are all factors as well.

We’ll see. I hit my 12 year anniversary at the company I work for this year and I’d hate to have his CV in this challenging economic climate.

you can easily forget about signing up for something and it keeps being taken until you do or your card is cancelled or expired.

If his Patreon account somehow expired and he needed to relaunch, he might get 100 people to immediately re-sub. Most wouldn’t even notice.

He reminds me of one of those Star Wars or Star Trek creators who have nothing but contempt for where their beloved franchise has taken them in recent years, but still watches every single episode because they are practically compelled to do it to stay relevant content-wise.

He said he’s transitioning out of JW content but not a single one of his videos since the “Aftermath” video seven weeks ago hasn’t been about JWs. He’s done six videos, four of which have been sushis in addition to three livestreams. He’s averaging roughly one video a week. That’s OK for the part timers who actually work jobs, but for a full timer like him this won’t cut it in the long term.

Successful creators also tend to be young and buxom or a charming, hip looking guy. Lloyd has never been a good looking man even when he was young and it’s going to be difficult to be an aging man hiding behind a dye job, crazy hoodies and excessive jewelry talking about JWs and how he left over a decade ago. There are going to be younger and certainly better looking people coming out who are more clued in to how JWs operate today. Some are likely going to be Bethelites who actually knew GB members and might actually tell you first hand why Tony Morris left.

What Lloyd should be concerned about is the discrepancy between likes and his actual patron count. His Aftermath video got 1.8K likes, yet he has only 424 patrons plus whatever is left of his YT paying members. So you can say that 1800+ people like him and his content, but 75% of those people don’t donate to him despite his constant pleas to be funded. This is why he’s so dead set on suing for lost wages because hardly anyone really believes he needs the money anymore.

The EOM drops have stabilised in the -15 to -20 range.

But his monthly gains have flatlined to about +5 or less, which indicates that he’s failing to attract new followers anywhere near the level he used to even to as late as this past summer.

By December he’ll be hovering round the 400 mark.

And he still awaits the end of his lawsuit fallout which he keeps putting off by filing all this shit. He’s OK for the time being but I’d be really worried if I were him regarding what the next year will look like. Even at this drip drop rate he’s looking at all time new lows this upcoming spring.

It could very well be that the summer of 2023 and the decisions he made to close the company, double down on the lawsuit and leave Twitter were his last gasp at relevance.

It’s a ruling/decision. Last one was them giving him an 8 day deadline that he did not meet.

This one is likely going to tell him whether or not he can proceed.

It’s an incredibly lame argument to bring to a judge for defamation. The publicly available files are available for Ipsilon say €150K, so it’s not a figure someone pulled out of their ass. As counsel I’d actually welcome that line of argument. I’d start picking that apart and watch him fall apart under cross-examination when trying to explain why he spent so much on equipment or whatever the operation costs were.

The good thing about going to court with a habitual and remorseless liar is seeing how the judge quickly deduces this as you slowly expose him.

Put Lloyd on the stand and this case would fall apart within minutes. What he never expected was anyone to stand up and fight back. He even stated from the beginning he expected a guilty verdict in absentia.

I'm guessing he will try and spin it that his specific salary, not the business income, was the thing that wasn't 6 figures.

This is how JWs run their janitorial and window washing businesses. He learnt this trick from his dad. In his begging video, he was going on about all the “costs” that any rationally thinking person would immediately become suspicious of. Specifically:

unspecified salaries for employees you know did not work anything close to full time for, esp Dijana

”Subscriptions”, none of which he had specified. Pornhub and Only Fans maybe, but I don’t see what he would actually need. He wasn’t saying either. Even if he had any, we’re talking less than $50 a month if that.

Broken equipment, and he did specify a tripod that a simple Google search identified with a €200 cost. JWs do this a lot and try to make it seem like they go through expensive industrial vacuum cleaners and hot vacs monthly for their tax reports.

Rental of “Ramacro” which he never needed. I still am unsure what that was about, esp when on the tour he identified a studio, bedroom, living space, kitchette, washroom and even a utility room with washer/dryer. If someone was not living there, it was a huge wasted expense. I’m afraid we’ll never know the real reason behind that. And what should really raise eyebrows is that he rented this place when his patrons were still in freefall. He had about as much as he had now and he still thought it was a good idea to rent it.

If anyone thinks he rented all that dead space for one studio room and a toilet, I could say I have something to sell you, but it’s more accurate to say that you are a retard.

Lloyd has dual reasons to concoct these excessive and phantom expenses. Not only for tax reasons, but more importantly, he doesn’t want anyone to know he is well compensated and could easily get by with 400+ patrons.

His financials that he is claiming he will provide the court with are going to be incomplete and only what he wants to show. A defence lawyer could easily hit him with discovery for the entire file if he intended to enter that as evidence.

All part of the master plan in case of an open marriage or separation. He was never going to let that cat out of the bag, and neither was she. Especially when the locales became places that she actually wanted to go.

One can’t stay married to such a deceitful man without picking up a few tricks along the way. She’s just better at it and only does it when necessary. She admitted to him in that letter that exJW stuff was of little interest to her.

So why go to Australia? You know why. We all know why. And had she stayed at home, Lloyd could have made that important interview and gotten the Jaracz scoop directly from the ARC lawyer. If anything, she hindered his “exJW activism”.

A carefully crafted cover story as to why they stayed in separate rooms: Girls are getting bigger and needed their own space with mum. Besides Daddy had late night meetings with “Mark O’Donnell” and “Javier Ortiz” and didn’t want to disturb them.

When I first heard the story about prostitutes, I assumed someone was making it up to humiliate him about his appearance. She played an effective “Beauty” to his “Beast” and I reckon many did not believe it simply because a man who looked like him would be extremely lucky to be with her.

Worked like a charm and no one suspected anything until he went live and confessed.

I wish Tibor the best as he carves out a real career away from Lloyd and his dumbfuckery.

Only issue I have with him was when he came here on this forum and on the interview video with prepared remarks about the JW Mindset ™. As it just so happens, according to Tibor, all people critical of Lloyd are also inflicted with this terrible disorder!

I know Lloyd put him up to it, but Tibor... you need see Lloyd for who he is and not be so easily manipulated.

I can make a similarly reasoned argument about a "Croatian Mindset" based on both his line of thinking and those of Dijana and her family. They seem to be all too eager to dismiss infidelities and abusive behaviour from male partners, complete with ready excuses and deflections. Is this the Croatian Mindset ™ ?

Or how about people not generalise and pontificate about a large and diverse group of people and how they all think?

Maybe Tibor should read the non-JW subReddit threads about Lloyd where the same conclusions are reached as the exJWs he counseled as having the JW Mindset ™ ?

I can think of active JWs who are so genuine and well intentioned people whom I would not hesitate to pick up a phone call from. I can also think of JWs I'd avoid like the plague. It's based on who they are as individuals, not their religion.

Likewise with Croatians. It was an deliberately contrived assessment coined by Lloyd to excuse his behaviour, and Tibor for whatever reasons parroted it. I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt and say he was under Lloyd's influence as he certainly was as his employee. I hope that now he can see how manipulative and selfish that man is and stop taking the low route and using people's past cult experiences against them as a way to defend his employer and friend.
